The Uncommon Gourment Gets Even Better April 12, 2003 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
Once again Ellen Helman has shared with us her ability to create new and exciting recipes that are easy to understand, contain ingredients found in most kitchens or at almost any market, and are a perfect enhancement to all recipe collections. This time we are even allowed to enter into the Uncommon Gourmet pantry to see the whats and whys or certain products. The fruit and pudding section contains several "fast recipes" that are sure to put a perfect touch on the end of a meal. The Chocolate Pudding Cake brings back great memories of comfort food and the Peach Kuchen will convince even the diehard who "never touches dessert" that maybe some things are worth sampling. I look forward to book four....
