Editorial Reviews:

Product Description
Children love to draw, especially when they can follow simple steps. In Draw. Then Write, students follow picture and written directions to draw animals, people, and vehicles. The finished drawings provide motivation for creative writing.

Customer Reviews:

4 out of 5 stars My daughter enjoys it.   June 17, 2008
I don't feel this workbook does the best job of helping children understand sentence structure. The child work from the same picture for 3 days progressively building more of the sentence themselves each day. It is ok practice but if I used the whole book it would be quite redundant. This book is not a bad purchase but not quite what I was hoping for. What it does do is give more handwriting practice without actual copy work which is good.

5 out of 5 stars Draw: Then Write   September 10, 2005

I had been searching for a good program that would grab the attention of my son. He is reluctant to write and feels he can't draw worth a darn. So, I got this. He loves it. He asks to work in it and has actaully been drawing the little pictures all over everything. I have him do the excercises and then draw the picture/sentence/word again in his writing journal. He loves it.
