Customer Reviews:
EXCELENT - NO DOUBT June 4, 2008 One of the best books I have ever seen for customer service. Way to go, CONGRATS, Luiz
useful and interesting information, but wrapped up in boredom April 17, 2008 1 out of 2 found this review helpful
This book has plenty of good information on customer service and would definitely help you improve serving customers if you are working in the field, but could get quite boring and dry. Entire chapters are presented in a bullets & numbers style which can be really annoying.
