 A Must Have Book May 9, 2008
No movie fan or collector should be without this book. A ton of info for a small price. It's a reference type book but it's also great to open just for fun because every time you learn something you didn't know about film or it's stars and directors.

Leonard Maltin, in my opinion, is the most trusted of all the movie guides. I cross reference the reviews with Video Hound, but if I could only have one guide book, it would be Maltin's.

I purchased this as a gift. It lists many movies along with a description of the movie and year it was made. If you're looking for straight facts on a movie, this is for you.

I'm disappointed in the movie guide since it doesn't have a guide to the old movies. I think he should put one out that's of the old movies, separately, also do another guide for the later movies.

I buy this book every few years to look up that odd movie title to see if it's worth watching on TV. I only wish there was more synopsis of the movie and a less lengthy list of actors.
